ENGAGEMENT POLICIES

Thank you for your interest in partnering with A Humble Consulting. The following information is intended to provide general guidance regarding how engagements are initiated, managed, and supported. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined within individual proposals and client agreements.

ENGAGEMENTS

Every engagement is customized to the unique goals, priorities, and needs of the organization. Services may include strategic advising, leadership development, facilitated workshops and retreats, organizational assessments, stakeholder interviews, workforce development initiatives, or other consulting support designed to achieve desired outcomes.

 

DISCOVERY CALLS

Discovery Calls provide an opportunity to discuss organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities while exploring potential areas of support. Discovery Calls are intended to determine mutual fit and do not constitute a formal consulting engagement.

PROPOSALS & AGREEMENTS

Following an initial conversation, organizations may receive a customized proposal outlining recommended services, scope of work, estimated timelines, deliverables, and investment requirements. Consulting services formally begin upon execution of an approved agreement and satisfaction of any applicable payment requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment schedules, invoicing timelines, and applicable fees are outlined within individual client agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payment is expected according to the terms established within the executed agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

A Humble Consulting recognizes the importance of trust and confidentiality. Information shared throughout the course of an engagement is treated with professionalism and discretion. Confidentiality expectations and any applicable limitations are further outlined within client agreements.

 

SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING 

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate scheduling adjustments when advance notice is provided. In the event that meetings, workshops, or facilitated sessions require rescheduling, requests should be communicated as early as possible to support effective planning and coordination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Materials, frameworks, tools, and resources developed by A Humble Consulting remain the intellectual property of A Humble Consulting unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of information, data, and materials provided by their organization throughout the engagement.

RESULTS & IMPLEMENTATION

Meaningful outcomes are influenced by a variety of factors, including organizational readiness, leadership commitment, stakeholder engagement, and implementation efforts. While A Humble Consulting provides recommendations, guidance, facilitation, and support, specific organizational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
